1. Basic Policy
Cancellation terms for travel services provided by our company (including accommodation, transportation, and activities) vary depending on the content and individual service providers.
2. Priority of Individual Conditions
Cancellation fees and refund conditions for each reservation shall be governed primarily by the terms stated in the quotation, booking confirmation, contract, or related documents.
3. General Cancellation Policy (Guideline)
If no specific conditions are stated, the following may apply as a general guideline:
- Up to 30 days prior: Free of charge
- 29 to 15 days prior: 20%
- 14 to 7 days prior: 50%
- 6 days to 1 day prior: 80%
- Same day / No-show: 100%
4. Refunds
- Refund amounts are determined in accordance with the policies of each service provider (e.g., hotels, transportation companies, activity operators).
- Arrangement fees, payment processing fees, bank transfer fees, and similar charges may be non-refundable.
- Refunds will, in principle, be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Special Conditions
Different cancellation policies may apply in the following cases:
- Peak seasons
- Special rate plans (e.g., non-refundable plans)
- Group bookings or charter arrangements
- Luxury accommodations or special programs
6. Force Majeure
In the event of changes or cancellations due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or government regulations), the policies of the respective service providers shall apply.
