These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the travel-related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) provided by Tsunagaru Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the Company and customers regarding the use of the Services.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Company provides the following services:
- Arrangement of accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Planning and proposal of travel itineraries
- Other related services
Article 3 (Formation of Contract)
Reservations and applications shall be deemed concluded when the Company sends a confirmation notice.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
- Fees shall be based on the quotation or booking confirmation provided by the Company.
- Payment must be made by the deadline specified separately.
- If payment is not confirmed by the due date, the reservation may be deemed invalid.
Article 5 (Changes and Cancellations)
Changes and cancellations by the customer shall be subject to the separately defined “Cancellation Policy.”
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Services provided are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
Article 7 (Prohibited Activities)
The following actions are prohibited:
- Applications using false or misleading information
- Actions that cause inconvenience or harm to other customers or third parties
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company.
