Pick-up and drop-off at designated locations
The driver will arrive on time at your hotel or designated location in Sapporo city center for pick-up and drop-off. The vehicle will be either an Alphard or a Hiace (depending on the number of passengers). You can enjoy the winter snow scenery of Hokkaido along the way.
Arrival at the Shikotsu Lake Ice Festival venue
Upon arrival, you are free to visit the ice sculptures formed by the freezing of Lake Shikotsu. The Ice Museum is a sight to behold when the lights are turned on at night, with colorful lights illuminating the scene. It is recommended to stay for about 2 hours to take plenty of photos.
Fu Gui
After the tour, a private driver will take you back to a designated location in Sapporo city, concluding this exclusive nighttime snow and ice tour.

Fee Description
- This tour is a 4-hour private car hire option; the vehicle type will be either an Alphard or a Hiace depending on the number of passengers.
- The price includes transportation, fuel, and driver service, but excludes admission to the Ice Wave Festival and food and drinks.
- The number of passengers indicates the number of vehicles. If you need 1 vehicle, please select “1” to upgrade to a Hiace large van.
- If you have more than 6 people or more than 4 pieces of luggage, we recommend upgrading to a Hiace model.
- The sea lion can carry up to 9 people.
- Upgrade fee: ¥12,000 additional yen. Please select this option in the upgrade menu.
Flexible itinerary
- The time spent at each attraction can be adjusted in consultation with the driver, and the departure/return points can be specified according to your needs.
- The actual lighting time is subject to the event announcement for that year; it is recommended to confirm again before departure.

- The Lake Shikotsu Ice Waves event is a seasonal event (approximately late January to late February), and participants must visit during the event period.
Cancellation policy
- 20% of the total amount will be charged if the payment is made between 17:00 11 business days before the registration date and 17:00 8 business days before the registration date.
- 30% of the total amount will be charged if the payment is made between 17:00 8 business days prior to the registration date and 17:00 2 business days prior to the registration date.
- 40% of the total amount will be charged if the payment is made between 17:00 two business days before the registration date and 17:00 one business day before the registration date.
- 50% of the total amount will be charged from 5:00 PM one business day prior to the participation date to one hour prior to the participation date.
- Attending within 1 hour of the event: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
