Meet in Asahikawa & Travel to Daisetsuzan National Park
Meet your guide at Asahikawa Station or your hotel in central Asahikawa. From there, travel by private vehicle toward Daisetsuzan National Park and the foot of Mount Asahidake.
Ride the Asahidake Ropeway into the Alpine Landscape
Board the Asahidake Ropeway and ascend above the snow-covered forest. As you climb, watch the landscape transform from dense winter forest to the open alpine terrain of Mount Asahidake.
Powder Snow & Volcanic Landscapes
Winter Snowshoe Hike: Explore Asahidake’s Volcanic Terrain
Spend approximately two hours exploring Mount Asahidake on snowshoes with your professional guide. Walk across pristine powder trails, observe volcanic steam rising from the snow, and discover the unique winter landscape of this active volcanic area. - If the Asahidake Ropeway is suspended due to severe weather or other operational conditions, an alternative activity will be arranged.
- Please wear warm, windproof outdoor clothing suitable for winter mountain conditions, along with waterproof footwear suitable for snow.
- The hiking route and duration may be adjusted depending on weather, snow conditions, and safety considerations.

- If you cancel for personal reasons after making a reservation, a 5% system cancellation fee will apply.
