Paired with homemade side dishes, experience the crispness and sweetness of Hokkaido rice brewed from sake, savoring the everyday life of the locals in a pleasantly tipsy state.

Experience the unique charm of Asahikawa as a major sake-producing region in Japan, and sample a variety of locally brewed sake. Led by the owner, sample a variety of Asahikawa sakes, pairing them with homemade snacks to appreciate the art of flavor pairing. Engage in in-depth discussions with the owner about sake, learning about the terroir and brewing techniques of each sake.
