- We recommend wearing long sleeves, long pants, and sturdy shoes or boots to protect against insects and sun exposure.
- Please bring drinking water, sunscreen, and insect repellent.
- In the event of rain, the experience will be held in the greenhouse whenever possible. Some activities or the itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- 30% cancellation fee for cancellations made 7 days before the experience.
- 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made 3 days before the experience.
- 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made 1 day before or on the day of the experience, or in the case of no-shows.
