Using locally grown glutinous rice, you’ll learn how to make two classic treats—Ohagi and Daifuku. From shaping the soft rice dough to carefully assembling each sweet, you’ll experience the craftsmanship and attention to detail that make wagashi an important part of Japanese food culture.
