Good water and good rice: the original intention of sake
Step inside the Takasago sake brewery and observe firsthand the complete brewing process, from rice milling and steaming to fermentation and bottling. Local artisans will provide commentary, unveiling the mysteries of Japanese sake culture and explaining the impact of the pure water from Mount Daisetsuzan on the quality of the sake.
The exquisite taste on the tip of the tongue: a tasting lecture
Following the learning experience, a private tasting event will be arranged. Under the guidance of a professional, you will learn how to appreciate the aroma and layers of sake, helping you find your “destined sake” among many varieties that best suits your personal taste.

Learning trip begins with factory tour
Meet at the Takasago Sake Brewery store. Led by a craftsman, you will explore the factory interior, tour the century-old brewing environment, and learn about the meticulous details of the sake production process.
Sake tasting tutorial
Participate in tasting events featuring sake recommended by breweries and liqueurs. Listen to suggestions regarding aroma, body, and food pairings, and enjoy the beauty of sake brewing.
Receive souvenirs and return home
After the experience, receive a special little gift prepared by the brewery (one gift per group), and leave home with a love for the local wine culture and many fond memories.
