Kuniki Sake Brewery boasts a unique location, just steps from the Sea of Japan. Here, you can observe how sea breezes, humidity, and low temperatures affect fermentation management, and visit its well-preserved old cellar and sake culture archive.
Winter Limited Edition: Japanese-style room tasting and art of appetizers
From October to April each year, the Japanese-style room is specially opened for in-depth tasting. Professional guides will demonstrate how to pair local ingredients from Masakazumi Port (such as seafood products) with different levels of sake, allowing you to grasp the ultimate principle of “local sake by the sea × local seafood”.

Wander among the old buildings. During the winter and spring seasons, tastings of various seasonal wines will be held in the tatami rooms and indoors, guiding you to appreciate the delicate character of dry wines at low temperatures.
Local Flavor Dialogue and Origin
Demonstration of food and beverage pairing in the basement
Experience the art of “sake pairing with food”. Using local delicacies from Masuke Town, pair them with the sake you just tasted, and experience the perfect blend of acidity, umami, and the salty freshness of the seafood.
Free choice and shopping
Purchase limited-edition “national treasures” or souvenirs in collaboration with local artists at the directly operated store. After the tour, stroll to Zengmo Station and experience the tranquil charm of this old railway town.
