Located at the foot of Mount Annupuri, Niseko Distillery crafts exceptional whisky and gin using pure local groundwater and the region’s unique climate. Your guided tour offers an exclusive look behind the scenes of the manufacturing area, where staff will introduce the intricate processes of distillation and aging—a sensory journey into the heart of Hokkaido spirits.
Please note: As our whisky is currently reaching its peak maturity, this experience focuses on our award-winning gin and other available spirits for tasting and purchase.
The whisky is still maturing, and the event mainly offers gin and other products for experience and sale.
