Here, the instructor will use vivid illustrations to explain the mysterious life history of salmon and clarify the difference between “raw salmon” and “cooked salmon” in Japanese culture. From descaling to grilling: Cultivating a craftsman's touch

Guided by professional staff, you will experience the complete “farm-to-table” journey. From catching lively salmon by hand to learning professional scaling, gutting, and cutting techniques, you will appreciate the precision and gentleness of the artisans in handling the ingredients. Meet at the fish farm. After receiving instructions on dress code and safety, proceed to the “Salmon Knowledge Elementary School” to learn about the key impacts of freshwater aquaculture environments on fish meat quality.

Your catch will be prepared on-site using either salt grilling or pan-frying. Enjoy a delicious poolside salmon meal, concluding your trip perfectly.

  • Important Notes: The itinerary prioritizes cooked food; raw food is not provided. Sharp knives must be used when handling fish, and children must be assisted by a parent or guardian. In case of severe weather such as thunderstorms, outdoor activities will be moved indoors or cancelled.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Once a reservation is made, a 5% system cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled due to personal reasons.

    • 7–4 days before departure: 30%

    • 3–2 days before departure: 50%
