Itinerary Details
The early soul of craft beer in Northeast China: Anji Distillery
Founded by the century-old Sasanogawa Brewery, Yasuzaki Distillery makes full use of Koriyama’s natural conditions—strong seasonal winds and pure water sources. In the in-depth guided tour, you will observe up close how the Pot Still imparts pure and layered fruit aromas to the whisky, and delve into the maturation cellar to explore the secrets of “Angel Sharing,” understanding the dedication of the craftsmen behind every drop of award-winning whisky.
Your personalized "Today's Recipe"
The most captivating part of the trip is undoubtedly the “Handmade Blending Experience.” Under the guidance of a professional instructor, you will receive five distinct base spirits. Guided by an aroma wheel, you will continuously fine-tune the proportions of fruit, wood, and spices to create a unique flavor that reflects your personal taste. Finally, you will personally hand-fill your creation into a small bottle, label and seal it, taking home this irreplaceable liquid memory.
