- Please arrive at the Nagara River Ukai Sightseeing Boat Office at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- The boat operates outdoors and may be affected by weather and river conditions. The experience may be changed or cancelled in the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions.
- Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for spending time outdoors on the river.
- The boat may sway during the cruise. If you are prone to motion sickness, please take any necessary precautions before boarding.
- Please note that the scenery and cormorant fishing activities may vary depending on the season and operating schedule.
- The experience includes a local artisan bento lunch. Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- The boat is shared with other guests unless otherwise specified.
- Please follow the boatman’s instructions throughout the cruise for your safety.

- A 5% system cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made for personal reasons after the reservation has been confirmed.
