Clothing Requirements

This experience takes place outdoors. Participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for hiking, including waterproof or water-resistant outerwear and sturdy hiking shoes or boots. During winter, warm layers, gloves, and appropriate cold-weather gear are strongly recommended.

Language Support

Guided activities are conducted primarily in Japanese. International visitors are encouraged to book an English or Chinese interpretation service if available (additional fees may apply).

For your safety, please remain with the group at all times and follow the instructions of your guides. Wildlife, including wild black bears, may inhabit the surrounding area, and all safety guidance should be observed throughout the experience.

Cancellation Policy

  •   5% system processing fee applies to all cancellations made for personal reasons.
  •  Cancellations made 7–4 days before the tour date: 20% cancellation fee
  •  Cancellations made 3–1 days before the tour date: 50% cancellation fee
  •  Cancellations made on the day of the tour or no-shows: 100% cancellation fee
